Each session lasts about 60 minutes and takes place via video call. You will be sent a link for your session.

Get all your brand material or website ready and show up ready to receive feedback. On the call I’ll ask you to share your screen, so best to get all the relevant assets into a folder ready for this.
If you’d like to show your packaging, be sure that it can be visible on the webcam, often sending photos of the packaging works better than trying to hold up packaging to the webcam.

Yes, the session will be recorded and sent to you for future reference.

Due to the nature of the consulting service, we do not offer refunds.
Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are generally not provided.
