Our discovery session is an hour-long deep dive into your brand and business - we cover everything from your story in founding your business and values to your goals and challenges and how your branding can best help you with these.

I distill the fundamentals from our discovery session into a succinct document and create persona profiles for your ideal customer/s to ensure the rebrand is developed with these at the forefront. We also do a competitor analysis and come up with suggestions how your brand can stand out.

The fun bit! First I create a moodboard that is unique and resonates with your brand, and then we move on to redesigning your logo. We create 3 different concepts for your new logo and help you visualise the routes with mock ups so you can virtually ‘try on’ each new look.
We then spend the next 2 weeks of the process evolving and refining your favourite of these designs to get the final logo perfect before proceeding with the identity design. -
A great brand is about much more than a good logo! Once we have a final logo, we explore how to carry this through your brand visually. We research the best font choices for your brand, refine colour options and consider how your brand will be used. Then we craft the assets that will be most helpful for you - whether that’s a suite of icons or a custom brand pattern. This is where the brand really comes to life!

We will present you with suggestions for sustainable and on brand packaging that will delight customers, including ideas for messaging and materials. If you want us to create the printable artwork files, this is when we will do this.

Following a consultation with Cara on your brand’s marketing strategy, we will design a suite of on-brand editable social media templates and provide you with a video tutorial how to use these.

Once the identity has been agreed, we produce a guideline document for you - this is a snapshot of all your new brand assets including fonts, colours and photography that is an essential tool for keeping your new brand consistent. We hand over all the new logo and branding files to you, and sign over copyright so you have complete ownership of your new brand. We can even connect you with an IP lawyer who can help you trademark your new brand.
