Consultation Bundle

Get greater benefits than you can achieve in a simple 1 hour consultation by booking a bundle of 5 sessions, and save £150. If you’ve had one session with me, you’ll know that we can cover a lot in a consultation, but an hour isn’t a long time and what can be achieved is limited. With a set of 5 consultations we have the time to create progression for you and set tasks for you between sessions.

Good to know:

  • Please email Cara anything you would like her to view in advance of the session no later than 2 business days before your consultation.

  • Bring your notebook as you will be responsible for taking note of any suggestions made during the session.

  • Please ask if you would like the Zoom session to be recorded for your reference.

Location:

  • Consultations take place via Zoom as a default.

  • In person consultations are available in central London for and additional £30 (per session).
