Consultation Bundle
Get greater benefits than you can achieve in a simple 1 hour consultation by booking a bundle of 5 sessions, and save £150. If you’ve had one session with me, you’ll know that we can cover a lot in a consultation, but an hour isn’t a long time and what can be achieved is limited. With a set of 5 consultations we have the time to create progression for you and set tasks for you between sessions.

Please email Cara anything you would like her to view in advance of the session no later than 2 business days before your consultation.
Bring your notebook as you will be responsible for taking note of any suggestions made during the session.
Please ask if you would like the Zoom session to be recorded for your reference.
